Who is Paul Bridle?
Paul is an Information Contextualizer. For nearly two decades he has studied effective organisations and the people that lead them.
Clients call on Paul because of his ability to explain things in a simple and uncomplicated way. He is very challenging but with respect and in a manner that helps people take a fresh look at what they need to do to raise their performance. His global perspective combined with personal research means he gives practical ideas that people can actually use to raise their ability to manage and lead.
As a result of his research around the world, he is called upon to assist both private as well as public organisations by acting as an advisor or consultant on a range of projects relating to management and leadership issues or development.
Paul is a Faculty Member of the Institute of Management Studies, Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, Fellow of the Professional Speaker Association and a Certified Speaking Professional. Paul was also voted 12th in The Top 30 Most Influential Leadership Gurus in the World in 2007 & 2008 for his contribution to Leadership development.

Paul also provides back-up to his sessions. Thirty days after the presentation, Paul often provides a further 15 minute presentation ‘on-line’ that is personalised to the audience. He summarises the main points of his presentation and then adds further ideas to encourage delegates to make use of what they have learnt.

Who is Paul Bridle?
Paul was born in Zimbabwe and moved to England in the mid seventies. With a background in running businesses, his work is now devoted to developing people to build successful organisations. His specialised area is in 'Leadership' where he has spent over twenty years researching effective organisations and the people that lead them. He has personally researched what makes a good leader and has taken time to understand the mindset of successful leaders.
As a speaker, his presentations are enlightening, exciting, inspirational and highly informative. The results of his research allow people to discover the true qualities of a leader as well as give people the opportunity to measure themselves against what is expected from a Leader. Paul delivers a powerful presentation because he is both a motivated and a passionate speaker backed up with an excellent knowledge of his specialist subject, Leadership. Today we are pleased to welcome Paul Bridle. Paul is an Information Contextualizer, which means he studies and researches businesses and what makes them effective, finds the information, knowledge and understanding from these businesses and puts it into context for you to digest and inspire ideas for your organization. Paul is truly one of those experts who speak. His background is in business and he has experience of setting up, running and managing businesses.
Paul started to study leadership over two decades ago as a hobby. Very quickly it moved into becoming an obsession. He spent more and more time examining leadership styles, looking at successful organisations and the characteristics that made them successful. In particular he wanted to understand the leadership that drove these organisations. Now Paul research the most effective organisations, associations, businesses, governments and cahrities to gain the information you need to inspire your business success.
Personal Research sits at the core of what makes Paul successful as an Information Contextualizer. He still spends over 25% of his year visiting organisations all around the world. Tonight/today he will share with us some of the insights he has managed to acquire.
